  2017年11月19日，雅高酒店集团举办Welcome Heroes！活动对日常生活中的平凡英雄表达敬意。这些英雄分布在各行各业，包括社区工作者、志愿者、消防员、护士和教师等，她/他们每天都服务着所在的社区。雅高酒店集团全球近2,000家酒店，亚太区超过500家酒店，包括大中华区的100多家酒店，欢迎这些英雄的光临，与我们共襄盛举。

  借全球欢庆集团50周年之际，雅高酒店集团、旗下酒店及25万多名员工真诚地向服务于社区的人们表示感谢，为他们举办早餐会、烧烤聚会、音乐会等活动，或者邀请他们下榻酒店。酒店员工并借此机会展示酒店的特别之处，体现出雅高集团旗下酒店都植根于所在社区的生活中。同时，酒店员工也鼓励当地居民可以作为邻里，经常光临酒店。

  医生英雄梦想：医者父母心

  在海南，雅居乐莱佛士酒店邀请了来自陵水明天综合康复门诊部的医生光临酒店，参加蛋糕烘焙课堂以及庆祝晚宴。
  高度的责任感和对职业的热爱，使陵水明天综合康复门诊部的18名专科医师凝聚在一起。陵水明天综合康复门诊部是陵水残疾人联合会创办的一家康复医院，专为脑瘫，脑失调和自闭症患者提供康复服务。自2015年创立以来，他们一共成功治疗了100多位脑瘫、脑失调和自闭症儿童，为其提供会话和心理引导式教育以及社会帮助，以便提高生活自理能力。
 

广州

  平凡英雄：李兴龙

  英雄梦想：做好一件事

  欢迎酒店：广州圣丰索菲特大酒店

  在广州，圣丰索菲特大酒店举行了颁奖典礼，邀请50位嘉宾共同参加，并表彰和感谢来自当地社区的5位平凡英雄。

  把平凡的岗位做的出彩，把平凡的道路走得坦荡，李兴龙，一名来自广州市公安消防支队天河中队的消防员，入伍12年来参加灭火救援600多次。对岗位的热爱、对工作的激情和对责任的坚守，让他荣立个人三等功1次，嘉奖3次。李兴龙同志为部队建设和发展做出了积极贡献，受到中队官员的一致好评。
 

佛山

  平凡英雄：陈晔

  英雄梦想：特教老师的“成长梦”

  欢迎酒店：佛山罗浮宫索菲特酒店

  在佛山，罗浮宫索菲特酒店邀请的这位平凡英雄陈晔，是禅城区启智学校一名特教教师，也是一位班主任。六年来，她从一名幼儿教师转型到特教教师，她不断地思考和摸索，抽空她就进行充电学习。一步一个脚印，陈晔带着一群特殊孩子一同努力前行，帮助特殊孩子矫正刻板，情绪和社交等问题。为特殊孩子的健康成长贡献自己的一份力，是她一直以来的目标。

AccorLocal App服务本土

  在雅高成立50周年庆典之际，雅高在法国率先推出AccorLocal APP，旨在进军“当地服务”领域，改变人们与酒店的互动方式。酒店将不再只为旅行者或客人提供服务，而是为所有能与他们互动、使用他们服务的人提供服务。

  用户可以在该App上获取当地商家以及雅高酒店的服务。在合租伙伴John Paul礼宾服务供应商的支持下，用户可以在App上获取一系列不同的服务，其中不仅包括酒店的服务，还包括了当地其他商家的服务。酒店将帮助当地居民解决日常生活中的小问题，其中包括代收快递、代管钥匙和推荐周边服务等等。而这一切，或许将改变本土居民与酒店业的相处方式，酒店不仅是旅居之所，而将使人们的日常生活变得更为便利。”据最新的数据显示，AccorLocal的活跃用户数超过3000人，共计250家酒店参与其中，覆盖了法国的42 座城市, 并打算在2018年陆续在欧洲及其他国家推出。

In Celebration of its 50th Anniversary, AccorHotels Opens the doors of its Hotels to Everyday Heroes in Greater China

  On 19 November 2017, AccorHotels organized an event called Welcome Heroes! to honor everyday heroes - men and women, such as social workers, volunteers, firefighters, nurses and teachers - who work each day to serve their communities, by inviting them in more than 2,000 establishments around the world, including over 500 hotels in Asia Pacific including over 100 hotels in Greater China.

  In celebration of AccorHotels’ 50th Anniversary, the Group and its more than 250,000 employees thank the people who are committed to serving their communities by sharing a moment with them around a breakfast, a barbecue, a concert, or even inviting them for a hotel stay experience with their family members. This is also an opportunity for hotel staff to showcase their establishments, which are deeply rooted in the life of their neighbourhood, and to encourage local residents to go through their doors more often, without actually having to book a room.

Hainan

  Everyday Hero: Doctors from Lingshui Rehabilitation Centre

  Hero’s Ambition: The Doctors who care

  Hotel: Raffels Hainan

  In Hainan, Raffles Hainan organized a cake making session and a special themed dinner for doctors who provide care for children and adults with special needs from Lingshui Rehabilitation Centre.

  Lingshui Rehabilitation Centre is founded by Lingshui Disabled Persons’ Federation and specializes in providing rehabilitation service for people who are diagnosed with cerebral palsy, brain disorder, and autism. Since 2015, they have successfully cured over one hundred disabled children, offering them psychological counseling as well as general health service to support the life of disabled children.

Guangzhou

  Everyday Hero: Li Xinglong

  Hero’s Ambition: Do one thing and do it right

  Hotel: Sofitel Guangzhou

  In Guangzhou, an award ceremony was hosted at Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich for fifty guests from the local community in recognition of five unsung heroes for their contribution to the community.  

  Li Xinglong, a firefighter from the Tianhe division of Guangzhou Public Security and Fire Service, has responded to fires more than 600 times in over twelve years. His perseverance and the strong sense of responsibility are highly praised by his colleagues.

Foshan

  Everyday Hero: Chen Ye

  Hero’s Ambition: To grow up with children

  Hotel: Sofitel Foshan

  In Foshan, the unsung hero invited by Sofitel Foshan is called Chen Ye, who is a special education teacher from Qizhi School at Chancheng district.The crossover from Kindergarten teacher to special education teacher took her six years,and she tried her best to study whenever she could. Step by step, she devotes herself to helping children with special needs in terms of emotional management and social skills development.

   A hotel can provide much more than just accommodation and is a genuine living and meeting space serving as many people as possible, AccorHotels is launching AccorLocal on the occasion of its 50th anniversary in France. 

  This application now makes it possible for people living in the vicinity of AccorHotels-branded establishments to enjoy 24/7 access in the hotels to the services of their local craftspeople and businesses, ranging from the florist to the baker to dry cleaning services and parcel delivery. On the other hand, Hotels will have the possibility to offer some of their services (spa, massage, swimming pool, yoga classes, co-working, takeaway breakfast, etc.) to non-resident customers. AccorLocal is currently accessible in more than 250 hotels in France and will be rolled out in 2018 in Europe and subsequently globally.
